Here are the latest updates!

Meet the brand new AirPlus Portal

The new AirPlus Portal has now launched for all users of migrated products such as AirPlus Virtual Cards. The new portal boasts improved features and a streamlined structure to simplify the payment management process. Highlights include practical rights and roles based on customer feedback, quick and easy adjustments to personal account data, and updated security features.

New and improved AirPlus statements

AirPlus statements are now easier and more practical. All statements now show more details on AirPlus annual fees and reflect figures in the same way as in the AirPlus Portal, helping to simplify the reconciliation process by aligning calculations. Statements now also take pending payments into account. When a debit has been made from a bank account but the incoming payment at AirPlus has not yet posted to the account, statements will already reflect pending payments in the section “Balance Carried Forward.”

Email adjustments now much easier in the new AirPlus Portal

It is now a quick and easy process for existing portal users to change their email address on record in the AirPlus Portal. It previously required an entirely new account to be created. This is no longer the case. Simply notify our customer service , who will make the adjustment in the existing account.
