Basic Principle towards Anti-Social Forces

In light of the social responsible of removing anti-social forces from society as well as the essential requirement from the viewpoint of corporate defense, the Basic Policy for Anti-Social Forces shall be established in order to prevent harm caused by anti-social forces.

The Company hereby declares the following basic principle in order to prevent any harm caused by "anti-social forces", which is a group or an individual seeking economic gain by violent, forceful or fraudulent means.

(1) To ensure safety of directors and employees who deal with unreasonable request from anti-social forces.

(2) To establish cooperative relationship with external experts such as police, the National Center for the Elimination of Violent Groups (Boryokudan) and lawyers and respond to anti-social forces by entire organization in order to prevent any harm caused by anti-social forces.

(3) Not to establish any relationship with anti-social forces including any business transactions. Further, strictly refuse any unreasonable request from anti-social forces.

(4) We will request resolute legal measures against unjust demands made by anti-social forces. We do not business secretly at any time. We will never provide funds to anti-social forces.
