Born in Marburg in 1978, Andreas studied international management in Malente and Chelmsford, UK. With early experience as an M&A project manager at Ernst & Young and a private bank, he spent ten years in M&A and investor relations departments of the Lufthansa Group. As both CFO and CRO at AirPlus, Andreas is primarily responsible for finance and regulatory & risk, and is a member of the management board.

Erik brings together a broad range of experiences, from product and market to finance and service. After studying economy and management, he worked at Dresdner Bank, served as director of commercial & legal at the Lufthansa Cargo venture Aerologic, and went on to several leadership positions in the Lufthansa Group for the next two decades. As CEO of Lufthansa InTouch from 2013 to 2018, he was responsible for Lufthansa Group Airlines’ global customer service. He then headed product management at Austrian Airlines and held revenue responsibility for all ancillary services of Lufthansa Group Hub Airlines. As COO of AirPlus, Erik oversees customer service, business operations, sourcing, and internal audit. He also chairs the subsidiary boards and is Chief Representative on the extended AirPlus management team.
