We welcome applicants who want to contribute to the success of our company with initiative and responsibility and who consider a job with a company that operates internationally as a personal challenge. We desire employees who distinguish themselves with top technical skills and social competence.


Our need for skilled workers is great, however there are many positions where specific know-how can only be accrued “on-the-job.” We welcome a wide variety of experience, perspective and competence in our staff. Career switchers are certainly welcome to apply.


Please send us your application with the customary documents. These include:

- Cover letter mentioning which position particularly interests you and how you learned of the vacancy.
- All relevant references (work references, previous areas of responsibility, internships and continuing education courses).

If you are applying to us on your own initiative, please note in your cover letter the field that most interests you, so we can be sure your application gets to the right person.


Please apply to the central office and note on your application that you are interested in different fields. In order for your application to reach its recipient as soon as possible, information on your main interest obviously should not be missing. Do you have alternative areas of interest? Then tell us about them, too!


We are happy to receive your application electronically. In order to be able to read and evaluate your documents without any problems, please heed the following requirements:

- Please send your documents using the following formats: PDF, JPG, GIF, TIF – or DOC or PPT.
- In order to ensure we receive your application portfolio in its entirety, please be sure your documents do not exceed a total of 2MB.
- We would prefer to receive your documents in a compact form, for example as a ZIP file. .

We will send you a confirmation once your application has arrived. Typically, you can expect an invitation for an interview or a rejection letter within six weeks. Should you not hear from us in that time frame, you may send us a quick e-mail to check the status of your application at join-us@airplus.com.

Please note: In compliance with the law, we can no longer give a reason why we went with another applicant, should you not be hired.


A telephone interview is held first. The next step would be to meet our staff in person, and take a standardized test. This test was designed to measure how well suited an applicant is to the particular job with us. Next you are informed of the results of your test and the next step in the hiring process begins.


Yes! Your costs will be reimbursed up to a reasonable amount, simply send us your receipts.


We would like to make it as easy as possible for our new employees to get started. For this reason a coach is placed at your side during the introduction phase, who is responsible for your initial on-the-job training. Plus, we offer you – in addition to an extensive introduction to all business areas – the possibility of observing colleagues while at work.


Our employees represent our greatest potential. Nurturing their skills is of great importance to us. At AirPlus all paths are open – no matter in which area you want to work. We actively support our staff’s development and welcome internal changes.


We currently have more than 770 employees – most of them located at our headquarters in Neu-Isenburg, Germany and spread throughout the rest of Germany as sales representatives. 80 employees work for us outside of Germany – in Great Britain, France, the Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Switzerland, South Africa, Singapore, USA, China – and our staff keeps on growing!
