In order to keep offering you the best products and services, we are investing in a new state-of-the-art IT landscape. Your products and services are gradually moving from the previous platform to brand new systems.

AirPlus Virtual Cards Single-use and Multi-use (previously A.I.D.A. Flex) and AirPlus Corporate Cards have already arrived on the new platform. You can find all services for your AirPlus cards in the new AirPlus Portal, which is even more powerful and user-friendly.

The new AirPlus Portal now also offers brand new features specific to our merchants and partners using the AirPlus Merchant Agreement.

Security tips for dealing with credit cards:

• Do not give out credit card data, PIN codes or verification data such as an SMS one time code or TAN via app to third parties by phone or e-mail/SMS.
• AirPlus, as well as other reputable credit card institutions, never ask for confidential credit card information by phone or e-mail/SMS.
