Ultimate payment comfort resulting from development of the AirPlus A.I.D.A. Virtual Cards // More control, greater transparency: Optimal management of business travel expenses, thanks to the improved user portal
AirPlus International, a leading global provider of solutions for the day-to-day management of business travel, has further developed its virtual credit card solution A.I.D.A., which is now available to all AirPlus customers via the user portal. The payment expert in Neu-Isenburg is introducing its new AirPlus A.I.D.A. Virtual Cards with ‘Southampton’, the most recent release. Highlights are the redesign of the user interface and enhanced control functions that enable companies to optimally control their business travel costs.
Virtual and customized
A.I.D.A. now offers even more flexibility: Every credit card number can be limited to a specific purpose. It can also be tailored by defining other options – from the card limit to the period of validity to the currency. For companies, that makes payment not only safer, but it also gives them the possibility to equip their travelers according to their needs – whether those are their own employees or external service providers traveling at their expense.
The management of virtual credit cards is more comfortable, too. As in the past, all expenses that are paid with A.I.D.A. Virtual Cards are billed centrally and appear in a clear statement. The Card Overview, which shows the user all virtual numbers, is another new feature. The view can be individually tailored by using additional filters. That way the user can keep track and more effectively reconcile individual bookings.
Destination: Won-over customers

Thanks to its strategic investments, it now has a variety of solutions in its portfolio,” said Mario Zorn, Associate Director Virtual & Mobile Payment at AirPlus. “True to the motto ‘Excellence is an ongoing journey’, we have reached an important stage on our trip with our first release ‘Southampton’.”
