  • Service-Champion 2016

    For the fifth time in a row, readers of the working@office trade journal for office employees elected AirPlus as Service Champion as an Office Service Provider. This honor puts us in first place in the Business Travel Service Provider category and proves yet again that our sales and other services are powerful tools for the middle market to use to manage and comply with their travel budgets successfully.

  • Best Corporate Card Provider UK 2016

    AirPlus received the “Best Corporate Card Provider” prize for the third time in a row at the Business Travel Awards in Great Britain. The judges were impressed by the complete solution as well as by the customer focus and dedication to continuous improvement. The surprise of winning was all the greater as AirPlus was up against stiff competition.

  • Corporate Card Test Winner 2016

    For the third consecutive time, AirPlus with its AirPlus Supreme Card were the winners in the comparison test conducted by the kreditkarte.net portal. The AirPlus Supreme Card was the only one of all corporate cards tested to receive the maximum score in the category “Conditions, Recommendations and Liability Options”. What’s more, it secured top position in what may well be the most important category: “Limits and Transaction Fees”. Here, particularly, there are often charges that are not immediately apparent to clients, such as foreign transaction or foreign currency fees

Germany’s biggest trade journal for secretaries and assistants confirmed once again that the services provided by AirPlus are particularly well-geared to office structures and procedures and contribute significantly to workplace success. AirPlus took first place in the category “Business Travel Service Provider”.

  • Best Recruiters by Career 2014/2015

    In the study “Best Recruiters by Career”, the recruiting methods of 516 companies and institutions throughout Germany, Austria and Switzerland were evaluated. With a score of 72 percent, AirPlus took third place in the service sector. All the companies and institutions were thoroughly examined for their online recruiting presence, online job ad analysis and handling of job applicants

  • Great Place to Work 2015

    In the Great Place to Work Institute’s nationwide competition “Germany’s Best Employers”, AirPlus ranked 28th in the category “Companies with 501 to 2000 Employees”. The institute awards those companies that provide a particularly trusting, appreciative and attractive workplace culture for their employees. The award is based on an extensive employee survey as well as on a culture audit that assesses the quality of HR and management methods.

  • Deutscher Bildungspreis 2015

    As part of the Deutscher Bildungspreis (German Training Award) 2015 sponsored by the TÜV SÜD Akademie and EuPD Research Sustainable Management, AirPlus was one of 171 companies to be honored with an “Excellence in Training and Talent Management” seal of quality. Scoring particularly well were the extensive development opportunities highlighted by the development of professional and personal skills. The assessment was based on the first professionally supported and practice-proven quality model for business training and talent management in Germany.

    As in 2014, the AirPlus Supreme Card was the overall winner of the Corporate Card Test 2015 conducted by the online magazine kreditkarten.net. Thirteen corporate credit cards were tested in various categories such as security, insurance and basic charges. The AirPlus Supreme Card was also ranked best in the categories of “Limits & Transaction Fees“, “Payment Terms & Interest”, “Security” and “Conditions, Recommendations and Liability Options”.

  • myclimate Award 2015

    The climate protection organization myclimate presented its “myclimate Award 2015” to the AirPlus Green Company Account as a pioneer in sustainable financial products for the travel industry. The organization thus honored the first carbon-neutral billing solution for business travel.

  • myclimate Award 2014

    myclimate Germany awarded AirPlus a prize for exceptional commitment to climate conservation in honor of its sustainable work. The jury based its decision on the launch of the AirPlus Green Company Account as well as on the compensation for emissions caused by AirPlus staff’s air travel. These contributions plus proceeds from the AirPlus Green Company Account’s CO2 compensation are donated to a reforestation project in Nicaragua.

    For the third time in a row, readers of the magazine “working@office” chose AirPlus as the “Service Champion of Office Service Providers” in the category of business travel service provider. The trade journal surveyed some 600 assistants about their office service providers. The competition included 130 companies that provide assistants with office support services.

    AirPlus Supreme came out tops in Germany’s first corporate credit card test conducted by the online magazine kreditkarte.net. The judges were won over by the card’s complete service package, highlighted by performance in the categories of “Payment Terms & Interest”, “Security” and “Basic Charges and Conditions”.

  • Business Travel Awards 2014: “Best Corporate Card Provider”

    The joy in being awarded “Best Corporate Card Provider” was all the greater, as AirPlus was up against tough competition in the category. The award was an acknowledgement of the efforts made in continuously providing customers with innovative products. The introduction of the mobile A.I.D.A. virtual card solution played an important role in the jury’s decision as did a high level of customer satisfaction, increased business turnover and profitability, and commitment to corporate social responsibility.

  • Card and Payment Awards 2014: “Best Overseas Payment Program”

    The awards recognize customer service, excellence and innovation in the UK and Irish consumer and corporate card and payments industries. AirPlus received the prize of “Best Overseas Payment Program” for its considerable investment in China, which led to an increase in the number of new customers and transactions. One of the key success factors was the adaptation of the AirPlus products to the Chinese market, targeting both companies under Chinese management and multinational corporations.

AirPlus ranked first in the category of Business Travel Service Provider.

  • Sustainability Gold Medal 2013

    The GBTA Foundation awarded AirPlus the “Sustainability Gold Medal”. Criteria for determining the winners of the award included to what extent the travel service providers see sustainability as a core responsibility and whether they play a pioneering role in the market with regard to employees and customers. AirPlus received the award because, as a sustainable company, it distinguished itself in the following aspects: Apart from a green product portfolio and a high level of corporate social responsibility, its daily operations center on continuous reduction of CO2 emissions, environmentally-friendly supplier and waste management, and conscientious use of resources and energy.
