
Oliver Wagner, Chairman of the Management Board
Oliver Wagner was born in Karlsruhe in 1965. He studied industrial engineering at the Technical University of Karlsruhe.
He began his professional career as a management consultant at Ernst & Young. In 1995 he joined the Lufthansa Group. Since then he has held responsible positions within the Group, including head of the Miles & More frequent flyer programme from October 2000 to October 2004 and several years in a senior position in fleet management at Lufthansa Passenger Airlines. In November 2011, Oliver Wagner was appointed to the Executive Board of Germanwings GmbH. From November 2015 to December 2019, he was Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and a member of the Management Boards of Eurowings GmbH and Eurowings Aviation GmbH.
He came to AirPlus International in January 2020. As Chairman of the AirPlus Board (CEO), he is responsible for Marketing, Sales, HR, Strategy and Transformation and thus for the international expansion of all operations.

Andreas Hagenbring, Member of the Management Board
Andreas Hagenbring was born in Marburg in 1978. He studied International Management in Malente and Chelmsford, UK.
Prior to joining AirPlus International, Andreas Hagenbring spent altogether ten years in management roles in Mergers & Acquisitions and Investor Relations of the Lufthansa Group. Previously, he was Project Manager Mergers & Acquisition at the auditing firm Ernst & Young and a German private bank.
Since 2018, Andreas Hagenbring has been a member of the Management Board of AirPlus International, responsible in particular for Finance (CFO) and Regulatory & Risk (CRO).
