People are our company’s source of power. Leadership is the access to that source and thus the strongest and most important factor for our success. The entire management of AirPlus is focused on constantly generating added value to the company and not on managing with more formal authority.

Social responsibility is important to us: We contribute to a sustainable society through a variety of initiatives.

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is a term on everyone’s lips: It describes a concept of responsibility that embraces the idea of sustainability and is incorporated in the concrete actions of a company’s day-to-day operations.

AirPlus, too, takes on this responsibility in a number of ways. We offer both financial and hands-on support to “Wünsch Dir was e.V.” (make a wish), an organization that fulfills the hearts’ desires of children who are seriously ill.

For us it is clear: We take our social responsibility seriously.
