  Our employees have the opportunity to visit one of our foreign offices for several weeks. There they can exchange knowledge, improve transnational teamwork, and develop suggestions for improvement while increasing their language skills and enhancing their intercultural competence.

• GROW!

  GROW! is our company-wide, 15-month development program for persons of high potential at the employee level. The aim of the program is to promote the personal and professional development of the participant and increase their visibility within the company.

  • Project and process management

• AirPlus LEAD

  AirPlus LEAD is our development offer for management. Here management skills are to be built up and developed, experiences exchanged and knowledge of professional and current topics expanded.

  Executive Round Table is a monthly event made up of a changing group of participants with the greatest possible diversity at which current and cross-departmental topics are discussed.
