By the end of the designated period (31.12.2016), the proportion of women for the Supervisory Board and Managing Directors of AirPlus was 22 % and 0 %. This meets the target quota of 22 % and 0 % as determined by the Shareholders’ Meeting.
As of December 31, 2016, women held 13.3 % and 35.1 % of positions in management levels 1 and 2 at AirPlus. This is slightly below the target figures of 14 % and 40 % as determined by the Managing Directors. Both deviations are a result of organizational changes with an impact on number and staffing of management positions.
