Women in management positions

According to legislation on “Equal participation of Women and Men in Executive Positions in the Private and the Public Sector” the Shareholders Meeting of Lufthansa AirPlus Servicekarten GmbH is required to set targets for the proportion of women on the Supervisory Board and its Executive Board and a time frame for meeting these targets.

Likewise, the Executive Board of the Lufthansa AirPlus Servicekarten GmbH is required to set targets for and a time frame with respect to the two executive management levels below the Executive Board.

In connection with the implementation of the legal requirements for the "women's quota", the following targets for the representation of women have been adopted:

  • 33.3% in the Supervisory Board
  • 50.0% at LASG management level
  • 46.2% at management level 1 LASG
  • 50.0% at LASG management level 2

The deadline for achieving the targets is December 31, 2025.
