AirPlus Corporate Cards are company credit cards for business travelers to invoice travel activities that occur on the road (hotel, restaurant, telephone, tax, etc.)


Yes, CMB AirPlus Corporate Card provides corporate customer with the function “automatic purchase of foreign exchange with RMB for consumption abroad”. The entity may apply for the function and choose any of the exchange rates on the account day for conversion of consumption amount in US dollar into RMB.


CMB AirPlus Corporate Card has activated the function “cash advance” for customers. The cardholder may set cash withdrawal password by the 400 customer service hotline or by the website of the Credit Card Center, and withdraw cash at ATM abroad in virtue of the password.


CMB AirPlus Corporate Card is a RMB and US dollar Corporate Card supported by MasterCard, CUP and other bank card settlement organizations.


CMB AirPlus Corporate Card has a point reward program, and points arising from consumption on the card belong to the cardholder.


In terms of exchanging bonus points for gifts, CMB AirPlus Corporate Card has the same process with personal card.


Yes, CMB AirPlus Corporate Card supports cost center structure, and may separately issue a bank statement for each subsidiary or department of a group according to the group's cost center accounting framework.


Do not worry. If the cardholder has any question about the consumptions in the bank statement, please call the CMB AirPlus Corporate Card service hotline (400 820 5558) of China Merchants Bank, and our customer service representatives will assist you checking the consumptions. If the cardholder needs the access to the purchase slips (copy), please call us within two months (60 days) after the trading day. The entity applying for access to the purchase slips shall pay the access service charge, which would be exempted if it is verified that the transactions are false.


In case of failure in swiping card, it means the CMB AirPlus Corporate Card transaction is rejected generally for the following reasons:

1) the magnetic bar on the back of the card may be demagnetized or the card has been damaged, and thus your personal information can not be verified;

2) the line of card swiping machine is occupied or breaks down, or the card swiping machine itself does not work, so the transaction information can not be transmitted;

3) the available credit limit of the CMB AirPlus Corporate Card may be insufficient to obtain the authorization for the transaction; or

4) your CMB AirPlus Corporate Card has not been activated.

If your card swiping is rejected, please call the CMB AirPlus Corporate Card service hotline 400 820 5558, and we will help you find out the reasons and deal with the matter.


The holder of CMB AirPlus Corporate Card may call the 400 CMB AirPlus Corporate Card customer service hotline to activate the card in the automatic phonetic system, or visit credit card website of China Merchants Bank (www.8008205555.com) to activate the card in the card activation interface.


You may apply for a new card if your CMB AirPlus Corporate Card can not be used any longer due to damage, break, indistinction of signature, or demagnetization. For the sake of safety, the magnetic bar of the original card should be cut.

If you have applied for the “Personal Banking Professional Edition” and registered the credit card business, you may apply directly in the “online renewal of credit card” function of the “credit card” via the professional edition.


The CMB AirPlus Corporate Card has an effective term of three years, which will be indicated on the card face. We will send new cards by registered mail to the customers who meet relevant requirements before their cards expire, and the customers need not go through any formality.

In order to protect the interests of your employer and you, when receiving a new CMB AirPlus Corporate Card, please sign your name on the signature space on the back of the card before activating it,and cut the original card without sending it to CMB Credit Card Center. In case of failure to receive a new card when your CMB AirPlus Corporate Card expires, please call CMB AirPlus Corporate Card service hotline 400 820 5558 of Credit Card Center of China Merchants Bank.


You may activate the function by CMB AirPlus Corporate Card service hotline or an outlet of China Merchants Bank if you are the holder of your CMB AirPlus Corporate Card (personal liability and right), and your employer does not pay the accounts of the card for you.


The annual fee is CNY 300. The annual fee will be exempted for the first year. If a cardholder swipes card for no less than six times in a year, the annual fee of the next year will be exempted as well.


The CMB AirPlus Corporate Card will be renewed once every three years starting from the month of issuance of the card, without charging any fee.

The service hotline of China Merchants Bank provides round-the-clock automatic phonetic service for the customers, round-the-clock manual service for the holders of CMB AirPlus Corporate Card, and manual service for CMB AirPlus Corporate Card authorizers from 9:00 a.m. to 17:30 p.m. every day.


At present, China Merchants Bank provides customers with transaction confirmation SMS notification service (in Chinese) for any individual transaction in an amount of RMB500 or above.
