I started as a temp. Since then I’ve worked at three different positions here. AirPlus supported my career switch and I became an Assistant with the help of in-house workshops.
Working as an assistant at AirPlus is my dream job! When I arrive at work in the morning I never know what the day will bring. Naturally, there are a few standard responsibilities, but otherwise it’s a new hand of cards everyday.
In addition to the usual secretary jobs, I take care of many other things. I organize team trainings and workshops, oversee budgets, manage conference rooms and make sure that no appointments are missed. Never a dull day! Everyday at AirPlus is different!
AirPlus supports its employees with an extensive and diverse further education program. Whoever wants to can even work in one of our international offices for a few weeks. For example, I took an English course and in 2006 was in our London office for four weeks.
