Enhanced security in the internet
For your security we have undertaken several improvements:

• Generally all user will from now on need a browser with a 128 bit SSL encoding certificate
• The new login page lies within the encrypted area
• For new users a user name and password of a minimum of 8 characters are allocated
• In the left navigation frame you can see the date of your last login
• When changing your e-mail address you will be send a confirmation e-mail
• Password quality bar: by the help of this tool you can easily judge the safety of your newly chosen password

Language Selection – now everywhere changeable
Our Portal is provided in 6 languages. The language can now already be changed on the login page. Furthermore, we have integrated the language selection in the newly designed welcome site. These switches in language will be adopted by your profile.

Electronic Billing: Define individually your CSV format
You have for long been looking for a possibility to configure your own electronic invoice format without the need to adjust your interfaces?

The new service “CSV Individualization” within the Portal we can now provide you this option.

You can electively decide whether you would like to create a CSV or Excel file and you can arbitrarily select, sort and conflate array information, change headlines, define different settings … easy made flexibility thanks to this new service.
