AirPlus International Announces Staff Promotions and Team Expansion

Alex Houston and Aaron Kelling are promoted to Vice Presidents of Sales for the US and Canada

AirPlus International, a leading global provider of business travel payment solutions, is pleased to announce the promotions of Alex Houston and Aaron Kelling. With 49 years combined travel and payment industry experience, Houston and Kelling have played a significant role in the rapid growth of AirPlus in the US market. They have been promoted to Vice President of Sales for the South and North regions respectively.

Alex Houston leads the AirPlus sales, development and retention efforts for the southern United States. Houston has over 30 years of diverse travel industry experience; including employment with Eastern and Continental Airlines in various roles, account management and sales for WorldTravel BTI, and corporate travel management for Cooper Industries. Houston holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina - Chapel Hill and an MBA from the University of Houston.

Aaron Kelling is responsible for leading the sales, development and retention efforts in the northern United States and Canada. Kelling possesses 19 years of travel industry experience, which includes working for American Express in business development and for Galileo International in various roles including strategic sales; where he was also featured in an article for Forbes Magazine entitled “Life of a Salesmen.”

Robert Galbo joins as Director of Sales, Southwest and is based in Phoenix, Arizona. Janet Wyer, based in San Francisco, California, has been hired as the Director of Sales for the Northwest and Francine Rose joins as Director of Sales, North Central and is based in Detroit, Michigan.
