AirPlus And Outtask Offer Integrated Booking, Payment And Reporting Solution

Relationship offers mutual customers extensive billing data including level three air data

AirPlus International and Outtask today announced their partnership to further enhance the corporate travel and expense management process. The companies will work together to integrate Outtask’s Cliqbook online bookings with AirPlus corporate payment solutions in addition to pre-populating the Outtask expense management system, Vinnet, with Airplus' descriptive billing information. This relationship will enhance corporations' travel procurement, billing, settlement and reporting while also delivering additional data and management controls to further automate their expense management.

AirPlus International offers its customers superior descriptive billing information, designated by the customer, such as cost center, department code and project number.  This relationship allows AirPlus to feed the level three data to Vinnet, giving financial and travel managers a higher quality of data and a clear view of their travel program, in a fully automated environment.  The AirPlus invoice will be sent to Vinnet, streamlining reconciliation and expense reporting.
