Corporate Travel Implementation Expert Joins AirPlus Team
Kathy Cantwell, a corporate travel industry veteran, brings over 20 years of corporate travel systems implementation experience to AirPlus as its new director of product implementation.
She is responsible for AirPlus customer product implementations and transitions. The addition of Cantwell to the North American AirPlus team builds on the corporate travel payment solution company’s commitment to dedicated customer service.
“Kathy’s knowledge of travel and payment industry systems and her award-winning customer support skills will ensure seamless and timely AirPlus implementations,” said Richard Crum, AirPlus International President and CEO. “Under Kathy’s direction, our product implementation program will build on and support AirPlus’ solid reputation for excellence in customer service.”
Cantwell comes to AirPlus from Navigant International where she was responsible for migrating international Sato Travel standards into the Navigant infrastructure. She worked internationally with Navigant, designing their corporate global infrastructure and developing a back-office system for their European offices. Also at Navigant, Cantwell lead the development of an online booking tool to increase agent productivity. Prior to joining Navigant, Cantwell worked with Sato Travel for nearly 20 years filling various management and director roles, including management of Sato telecommunications and ARC divisions, leading the design for travel agent front-end systems.
