AirPlus’s cards are best of the bunch

Payment provider wins Buying Business Travel Diamond Award for the Best Corporate Card Provider

AirPlus International, the leading global business travel payment solutions provider has been awarded the Diamond Award for the Best Corporate Card Provider at a glitzy ceremony taking place at London’s Hurlingham Club on 6th December. The awards were organised by the Buying Business Travel Magazine in order to honour the best suppliers to the business travel industry. Suppliers are shortlisted by a jury and then voted for by readers of the magazine.

Voters were obviously impressed with AirPlus’s complete set of card solutions, consisting of central settlement accounts, corporate cards and sophisticated analysis tools. AirPlus has only recently launched an automated and integrated carbon offset feature that allows clients to automatically offset their emissions for all their companies’ travel paid for with AirPlus’s cards. It is innovations such as this that allowed AirPlus to scoop the award in front of runner up MasterCard and Gold Award winner American Express.
